Renfield: deliciously absurd

I'm so happy this movie can be the first item on my most anticipated release list, because it means I get the chance to set the tone early: if you're someone who can't appreciate pure fun, campy cinema, then this is unfortunately the wrong blog for you. I've been looking forward to this since the first images of Nic Cage's Dracula were released in 2022, and the trailers haven't disappointed. An adorably strange protagonist, great use of color, and, I'll say it again in case it was lost on anyone, NICOLAS CAGE AS COUNT DRACULA.
